格蘭德美好酒店-京都岡崎 (Hotel Grand Fine Kyoto Okazaki Heian Jingu)

Very bad experience during the stay. Booked a room for two. I arrived first. I planed to meet my girl friend later. The receptionist insisted he need to see two passports. I think "Why you need it right now. What about other people want to book a room and meet a girl in a bar, and bring her back to the hotel. This is a LOVE hotel, it seems the hotel don't respect any client's PRIVACY." I just told the guy my friend did not arrive yet, can I get it done later. And he insisted my girlfriend must have her passport. I think "Are Japanese carrying passport all the time? What he said was very annoying." Then the guy was asking for the stay tax like (200 yen/person). He insisted I need to give him 400 yen even though my girlfriend was not arriving yet. The conversation ruin my mood. Why can you include the 400 yen in my bill when I was paying online . Why I didn't being ask in the other love hotels I stayed in Japan." I told the guy whether I can pay it when my girlfriend arrived. The guy took the mobile phone out with Google translate running on the screen. It took a while he still didn't understand what I said. My mood was so bad and I just paid it without continuing talking to the guys(plus I didn't want to ruin my girlfriend's mood) The guy also asked what breakfast I was going to have? Since I can't remember whether I booked the breakfast(I booked several hotels some included breakfast, some do not), I asked the guy whether I booked it. He said it is free( 無料です) in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese but not talking back in Japanese all the time. Not sure why he said it is free, if I booked I have already paid for it. If it is free, is it a complimentary breakfast? I ordered the breakfast. I am 100 percent sure I did not hear "お支払いはお済みです". I though thanks god finally I can have the key and put an end to this. But when I came into the room, could not find the power socket for the kettle and discovered the kettle has bits black dots in it. Went to reception, the guy just got it cleaned roughly inside, and sorted out the socket position(it took a while until he found it). I did not hear any apologies(didn't hear any ごめんなさい, ごめんor 申し訳ありません) during the socket hunting event. The guy also didn't seems that friendly. The whole thing makes me mad and decided to cancelled the "free breakfast". God knows what will happen to the free breakfast he offered. My confidence on the hotel was totally lost. When I came back to the room, still see three small black spots in the kettle, eventually I have to clean it myself. Later I also discovered the room is quite dusted in the edge of the wall or on the wall, bits of hair and dust on the four inside corner of the bed frame. The bed topper and the duvet are clean but the mattress cover below has some dirty marks on it. The floor also has marks. The top of the skirting board also covered with dust. You can see the uploaded pictures yourself. This time I didn't bother since nothing was sorted out for the kettle. Later I found out when I booked the room, it included two breakfast. The hotel did not deliver the service they should do and did not refund any money for the breakfast, or giving any apologies. In my case the receptionist didn't use his Japanese correctly, should use お支払いはお済みです instead of using 無料です. That causes all the misunderstanding. The whole experience makes me lost all the mood. At the end I called my girlfriend and decided she not to come for the best. The purpose of the booking was losted. Since the room was not clean and I didn't have a good sleep too. I don't think I will ever use this hotel again. If you have a sensitive relationship(starting a relationship) or want to have a good time for a night, best to AVOID this hotel, not recommended.

重要的訊息至頂，酒店入住時間是晚上18:00。 酒店在主幹道的分支，很是清幽，從地鐵口出來，一排典型的日式小住宅。酒店附近有24小時便利店，也可沿路散步往清水寺，經過二年坂三年坂。 酒店帶有電梯，沒有洗衣乾衣設備，驚喜的是衞生間非常的大，完全的乾濕分離。帶電視機的超級大按摩浴缸，晚上泡一泡，消除一天行軍疲乏。 酒店貼心的配有小冰箱，礦泉水，一次性毛巾，面膜，洗顏爽膚小套，女性衞生用品。 唯一的遺憾一些不常用之處有積灰。

Perfect location - Asakusa is walking distance from Harry Potter train station, cafe and special shop. It’s near the theatre and a lot of other shopping districts. It’s close to the airport on a good train line and near the Emperors Castle. The room was perfect, the service was excellent and accessibility was easy. Very friendly and my favourite hotel of my 訂房網站.

房間設計很有特性 房間寬敞配有沙發在日本這麼大面積的房間很少見 還有遊戲機 真的意想不到 浴室的按摩浴缸還配有電視 雖然聽不懂 但也算是一種享受_（:з」∠）_酒店出行還算方便 到哪都可以 下次來京都還會考慮！

Отель понравился. Много внимания мелочам. Чисто. Находится отель в восточной части Киото, как от Нишики, так и Такасимайя далековато, но это не было проблемой. Очень близко храм Хойан и ещё пара. Мы были с маленьким ребёнком, там есть две комнаты для некурящих. Хоть отель и для любви, я, кстати, в них уже эксперт, но неудобств не испытывали. Вокруг много ресторанов кайсеки и забегаловок попроще, круглосуточных магазинчиков. Во время дождя дали зонт и разрешили оставить вещи после чекаута. В общем я рекомендую.

櫻花季關西自駕遊，特別喜歡，同等價位在京都別的酒店根本訂不到什麼正經房子，而且它家還能免費停車，又寬又大，設備齊全，要啥自行車。 位置離南禪寺近，早上可以拐去瓢亭吃早餐，晚午餐去菊水，有錢可以去竹茂樓，就挨著酒店旁邊開。 下次到京都繼續住love hotel。

Hotel perfetto. A pochi passi dalla fermate dei bus (46/ 5 ecc..) con i quali si raggiunge qualsiasi punto della città. Il punto focale è la fermata di GION con il magnifico Santuario Yasaka con il parco Murumaya. L'hotel seppur con qualche anno è elegante, le stanze molto grandi dotate di tutto il possibile. Biancheria pulitissima con rifacimento giornaliero della stanza. Il bagno e diviso come spesso in Giappone dalla zona secca (wc) a quella umida (doccia e vasca). Il personale è gentile e anche se è un love hotel non si avvertono ne rumore ne andirivieni. Finora uno dei migliori hotel in Giappone. Da consiglare assolutamente.

到了才發現這是個情侶酒店，不適合親子哦！這家工具設備都擺桌子上的那種，好尷尬😅。房間很大，浴室非常寬敞，房間裡還有小鋼珠機器。沒有wifi。設施很全但是都老舊。床品比較落後，舒適感不好。隔音還可以。最重要的，地理位置不好，離公交車站和地鐵站都不近，要拖著箱子走很遠，衹能打車。到各個景點都遠，非常不適合遊客。還是當地人情侶酒店合適。衞生狀況…..我是都不敢碰，毛巾都用自己帶的。怕有那啥（懂得都懂）

No! No! 😡還不知說了些什麼 總之大發脾氣的樣子嚇壞人 我們都沒有他大脾氣 破壞了旅程最後一天的心情 是討厭華人嗎？我也沒一直說普通話 是說英文的 等待手機翻譯很不耐煩嗎？我們嚇到了 沒想到日本人的禮貌尊重不是每個日本人都有 另外 由於前台大發雷霆 我離開後才發現 餐點的價格沒有按會員價格收取半價 全部都是正價☹️請問可以退款嗎？就吃了這些

모든것이 완벽했던 교토여행 호텔은 오래되었다하여 1도 기대감이 없었건만... 왠걸... 위치 서비스 청결까지 흠잡을곳없는 혿텔이었다. 특히 흡연자라면 강추!!!
